Salary : $1,200-$1,500 DOQ Stipend for work performed for the entire production

JOB SUMMARY :

Under the direction and supervision of the Manager of Cultural Arts and Stage Manager, the Crew Member is responsible for supporting various aspects of theatre productions. Key responsibilities include leading line and song run-throughs during rehearsal downtime, checking participants in and out, assisting with costume piece creation, and maintaining a clean and organized theatre space. The Crew Member will also provide general support to the Director and Stage Manager to help ensure rehearsals and performances run smoothly.

This position is essential in fostering a positive and encouraging environment for all participants. The ideal candidate is reliable, enthusiastic, and comfortable working with children of varying ages, experience levels, and abilities in a supportive and collaborative setting.In addition, the Crew Member will assist theatre staff with coordinating tech rehearsals and performances. Other duties may be assigned. This is an at-will position.

HOURS :

• Auditions will be held in the evening on January 12 and January 14, 2026 from 4-8pm
• Callbacks are on January 15, 2026 from approx. 4-8pm
• Rehearsals take place on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 5-8pm, January 21 to April 15, 2026, with a production meeting occurring once per week on Wednesday or Thursday evenings for 30-60 minutes prior to rehearsal
• Tech week is April 20-22from 4-9pm
• Performances will be Thursday, April 23 through Sunday, April 26 with show times at :

April 23 & 24 at 7pm
