Hours : 8am - 4pm Mountain Standard Time

Salary : $6 - $9 per hour | $960 - $1,400 (Open to negotiation based on experience)

Lago is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Onboarding Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in managing the recruitment process from the offer stage through to onboarding, ensuring that new hires have a seamless transition into the company. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and facilitate a positive candidate experience. Your focus will be on enhancing our onboarding process, making sure it aligns with Lago's culture and values. Responsibilities

• Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including coordinating orientation and training schedules.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure all pre-employment screenings and requirements are completed.
• Support new employees in their transition by providing necessary resources and information.
• Monitor and evaluate the onboarding experience to implement improvements continually.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements throughout the onboarding process.
• Maintain clear communication with candidates and internal stakeholders to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience.
• Assist with ongoing talent acquisition initiatives as needed.
