  • Has multifamily experience in the role of a Groundskeeper / Housekeeper or Porter.
  • Demonstrates exceptional customer service and is wildly passionate about helping people.
  • Enjoys working outdoors.
  • Desire to learn make readies.

    • YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS :

  • Conduct business in accordance with company policies Fair Housing laws Americans with Disabilities Act Fair Credit Reporting Act and all other laws pertaining to multifamily housing.
  • Inspect the community on a regular basis and report any needs to the Service Director.
  • Participate in all community maintenance duties including housekeeping groundskeeping and make readies.

    • SKILLS REQUIRED :

  • Experience with groundskeeping.
  • Great attitude and willing spirit.
  • Excellent customer service and passion for helping people.
  • Attention to safety and the ability to comply with all MSDS Sheets.
  • Good communication and attention to detail.
