Customer Service Lot Assistant

Join our team as a Customer Service Lot Assistant at Home Depot! Your contributions will help maintain a sufficient supply of carts and enhance the overall shopping experience for our guests.

As a Customer Service Lot Assistant, you will be the first and last associate that customers interact with, making your customer service skills incredibly important. Your responsibilities will include :

• Helping customers load their purchases into vehicles
• Monitoring and maintaining the cleanliness of the store entrance
• Ensuring an adequate number of shopping carts are available near the entrance
• Interacting with Home Depot associates and customers to provide outstanding service
