The pay range per hour is $20.75 - $35.25. Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. The Closing team continues the momentum from the team's day of hard work to finish strong; they take care of the guest until the doors close each night. They prioritize through the eyes of the guest, have a deep understanding of each leader's vision for their business, and have fun with the team while nailing closing routines.

• Guest service fundamentals and experience building and fostering a guest first culture across the store
