The City of Lodi is seeking a collaborative, people-focused public works professional to serve as its next Public Works Director. In this role, you'll lead a full-service department, including Engineering, Water / Wastewater, Streets, Fleet, Facility Maintenance and Transit divisions while guiding a well-established team through the City's next chapter of growth.

This is an exciting opportunity for a thoughtful, community-minded leader who values integrity, teamwork and service. The Public Works Director will oversee infrastructure planning and daily operations, advance major capital projects, manage budgets and project delivery and provide strategic guidance to City leadership. You will help ensure that Lodi's essential services remain reliable, efficient and aligned with the needs of a vibrant and welcoming community.
