Position Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Surgical Technician to join our team. The Surgical Technician will play a vital role in supporting our surgical operations by ensuring the highest standards of care, organization, and efficiency. This position primarily supports plastic surgery procedures and requires a team-oriented individual who is motivated, reliable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced surgical environment.

Job Responsibilities :

• Prepare the operating room and surgical instruments for each procedure, ensuring all necessary equipment and sterile supplies are available and functioning properly.
• Scrub into surgical cases, primarily plastic surgery procedures, anticipating the needs of the surgeon and ensuring adherence to sterile technique at all times.
• Clean, assemble, and sterilize instruments and equipment using approved methods and in compliance with infection control and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of sterilization and equipment maintenance to meet all compliance and regulatory standards.
• Monitor supply levels, restock surgical suites, and communicate supply or equipment needs to management to ensure uninterrupted surgical operations.
• Assist with the safe transport and positioning of patients for surgical procedures, adhering to patient safety and comfort protocols.
• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other team members to ensure smooth procedural flow and optimal patient outcomes.
• Support administrative and clinical tasks as needed, such as maintaining procedure logs, inventory documentation, or assisting in preparation for upcoming cases.
• Demonstrate commitment to patient safety, quality standards, and a positive, team-based work culture.
