Learning and Development Technologist

A company is looking for a Learning and Development Technologist.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS) for an intuitive learner experience

Build and maintain data dashboards and analytics to measure learning engagement and performance

Develop and integrate digital technologies, including AI and VR / AR, to enhance learning accessibility and efficiency

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Learning Technology, LMS Administration, or Digital Learning Innovation

Proven track record managing LMS platforms (e.g., Cornerstone, Docebo)

Strong analytical and technical skills in reporting and data visualization

Bachelor's degree in Learning Technology, Instructional Design, Information Systems, or a related field

Experience developing or supporting AI-based learning tools and immersive VR / AR experiences
