Pediatric Associate Medical Director, Inpatient Mental Health Program

StartDate : ASAP

Enjoy a leadership role in an innovative pediatric behavioral health program. Children's Specialty Group, in collaboration with the Macon and Joan Brock Institute at Old Dominion University and Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters, seeks a full-time clinical pediatrician to serve as Associate Medical Director of an innovative inpatient pediatric mental health program. About Children's Specialty Group

Children's Specialty Group (CSG) is a physician-owned, multi-specialty practice and the sole provider of pediatric specialty care at Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters. With 230+ physicians across 29 specialties, CSG is dedicated to high-quality care, academic excellence, and advancing pediatric medicine through education and research.

  • Manage varying chronic medical conditions in conjunction with a Psychiatrist on the Psych Med unit
  • Contribute to team hiring, onboarding, and patient care initiatives
  • Hold a faculty appointment with teaching opportunities at the Macon & Joan Brock Institute
  • Provide medical oversight for all patients on all units
