A company is looking for a Legal Assistant - Judgement.
Key Responsibilities
Drafting, preparing, and formatting legal documents and correspondence
Fielding calls and ensuring timely responses to email correspondence
Updating the firm's internal case management system and providing support to attorneys
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of experience as a legal assistant or paralegal in a foreclosure firm
High-level proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with case management software
Good understanding of the legal process surrounding foreclosure preferred
Experience with reviewing title reports and identifying chain of title issues preferred
Ability to proficiently operate office equipment
