Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

Salary :

$130,000 - $140,000 annually

We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a strong passion for functional medicine, wellness, and longevity. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in hormone management and IV therapy, along with the ability to deliver an exceptional patient experience in a fast-growing, cutting-edge health optimization environment. Job Responsibilities :

• Conduct patient assessments and provide individualized treatment plans focused on longevity, wellness, and optimization.
• Perform hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and other functional medicine-based treatments.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and recommend personalized therapies, products, and preventive health measures.
• Order and interpret laboratory results, including bloodwork and diagnostic tests.
• Administer or oversee IV therapies and other regenerative treatments.
• Educate patients on disease prevention, lifestyle modification, and functional health principles.
• Collaborate closely with the clinical and operational teams to ensure an exceptional level of patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation using EMR systems.
• Stay informed on the latest research and trends in integrative, functional, and preventive medicine.
• Support new practice setup and assist with medical provider account creation during the onboarding phase.
