We are seeking an enthusiastic Entry Level Events Assistant to support our onsite events in Los Angeles. This position is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in fast-paced environments, assisting with event logistics, and gaining practical experience in event coordination and brand activations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with setup, breakdown, and execution of onsite events
Support event staff with materials, displays, and equipment organization
Greet attendees and provide basic event or program information
Help ensure events run on schedule and meet client expectations
Track inventory of event materials and restock as needed
Assist with documentation, reports, and event checklists
Participate in daily briefings, meetings, and post-event follow-ups
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, punctual, and able to work onsite in Los Angeles
Comfortable standing, walking, and moving throughout event spaces
Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and team-oriented
No prior event experience required — full training provided
