We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations at a CPA firm in Woodland Hills, California. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of administrative tasks efficiently, ensuring smooth office functioning. This is a Contract position starting immediately!
Responsibilities :
- Manage and organize filing systems to ensure easy access to records and documents.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, maintaining an accurate and up-to-date calendar.
- Utilize QuickBooks to handle basic financial tasks and assist with bookkeeping.
- Oversee document storage and organization, including managing storage boxes.
- Process 1099 forms and assist with other tax-related documentation as needed.
- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Handle Dropbox file management, ensuring proper organization and sharing of documents.
- Provide general administrative support, including answering inquiries and handling correspondence.
- Proven experience in administrative assistance or a similar role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for basic financial tasks.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage filing systems effectively.
- Familiarity with Dropbox or similar file-sharing platforms.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to handle tax-related documentation, including processing 1099 forms.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Knowledge of paralegal tasks or experience in a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
