Software Engineering Manager
You will be the Software Engineering Manager for the Engineering & Technology (E&T) team. Our team is responsible for delivering end-to-end software solutions, from requirements analysis through verification, in a fast-paced, Agile environment. As the Software Engineering Manager you will lead full-stack development, guide technical strategy, and champion best-in-class engineering practices. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :
- Direct full-stack application development and oversee the software lifecycle (requirements, design, code, test, integration, verification).
- Manage, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary engineering team, providing technical coaching, career development, and performance feedback.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute software development activities while ensuring alignment with engineering standards and processes.
- Drive recruitment, selection, and training initiatives; oversee performance assessments, salary planning, and competency development.
- Partner with program leadership and customers to ensure program requirements are met, maintain engineering rigor, and act as the technical conscience for the program.

Basic Qualifications :
