Position Summary :
We are looking for a meticulous and organized Tax Data Entry Clerk to support our tax documentation process. The Tax Data Entry role involves reviewing incoming emails, verifying information against spreadsheets, and ensuring W-9 forms are properly recorded in our ERP system. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to managing tax-related data.
Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor and review incoming emails for tax documentation.
- Cross-check email contents with internal spreadsheets for accuracy.
- Access the ERP system to verify if W-9 forms are already on file.
- Upload W-9 forms into the ERP system when not present.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all Tax Data Entry activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies in tax documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and IRS regulations related to Tax Data Entry .
Qualifications :
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Tax Data Entry or similar clerical role.Familiarity with ERP systems and spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel).Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in Tax Data Entry tasks.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
