    • Compensation

    Competitive compensation for OT and COTA roles, dependent on experience and number of work days (180-188). Exact ranges provided during interview.

    Responsibilities

  • Provide evidence-based occupational therapy services to help students access and succeed in their educational environment.
  • Collaborate daily with teachers, families, and other school staff to support student success.
  • OT only : Conduct evaluations
  • Write IEP / MET documentation, and monitor student progress.
  • Maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines while fostering a positive, team-oriented atmosphere.
