The Back Nine Peoria is a premium indoor golf facility featuring Full Swing Pro Series simulators , a private putting area, and 24 / 7 member access. We’re seeking a motivated PGA Professional or Associate who is passionate about player development, technology-driven instruction, and building long-term student relationships.

This role offers access to a high-end, climate-controlled environment, a steady flow of new students from memberships, and the freedom to bring in your current and non-member students . All coaching pricing is set by Back Nine Peoria to maintain consistency and value.

Compensation : Competitive lesson revenue share + additional income from membership and corporate membership sales + referral incentives.

A sales or business-development background is a strong plus — coaches who can connect, communicate, and close will thrive here.
