Customer Service Representative, Personal Lines Insurance

A day in the life. As our Customer Service Representative on the Personal Lines Insurance team, you will be committed to prompt, courteous, knowledgeable service to clients and colleagues. You will work closely with our Personal Lines Insurance team providing support, which includes processing policy changes, preparing evidence of insurance, policy audits, etc., all while maintaining the highest level of accuracy.
Our future colleague. We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills : High school diploma required. Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain within 90 days). At least 1 year of Personal Lines Insurance experience. Two (2) years Customer Service experience. Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future. These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply : Associates or Bachelors degree preferred. Experience working with EPIC. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
