Assembler

Location : Dyersville, IA

Schedule : 1st Shift | MondayFriday | 7 : 00am3 : 30pm

Pay : $17 / hour

A local Dyersville manufacturer is seeking a skilled Assembler to join their team. This position is essential to maintaining efficient production flow and ensuring high-quality products for customers.

Responsibilities :

Operate production equipment and machinery including hand tools, both electrical and manual

Perform assembly, material handling, and basic machine tasks as directed

Inspect products and components to ensure they meet quality standards

Maintain accurate counts and follow production documentation / instructions

Keep work areas clean, organized, and in accordance with safety practices

Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying process issues or opportunities

Assist team members and flex work in different areas to support daily goals

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required

Prior manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written / verbal instructions

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand throughout the shift

Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
