We're seeking compassionate and dedicated Family Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to provide exceptional patient care.

JOB SUMMARY :

As a key member of our healthcare team, you will deliver outstanding medical care to patients of all ages facing a variety of medical conditions. You will work collaboratively with our professional team to diagnose, treat, educate, and ensure each patient receives the highest standard of care.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Deliver exemplary customer service to patients, visitors, and colleagues.
• Offer friendly and approachable patient care to everyone seeking health services.
• Lead and support during emergency situations, maintaining a reassuring demeanor for patients.
• Adapt to fast-paced and high-stress environments, including varying hours and frequent interactions.
• Conduct medical assessments, treatments, and ongoing management of patients with various conditions, including primary care, urgent care, occupational health, and DOT physicals.
• Perform medical procedures such as laceration repairs, pap tests, injections, and drainage of abscesses.
• Establish and supervise a suitable level of medical care for clinic patients.
• Oversee on-site lab and diagnostic services as required.
• Maintain clinical competencies and adherence to professional standards.
• Contribute to policy development impacting medical practice, quality of care, and patient satisfaction.
• Engage in educational and training programs for medical staff.
• Suggest improvements for growth in services within the center.
• Ensure compliance with relevant licensing and accrediting bodies.
• Represent the clinic in meetings and events as necessary.
• Guide medical staff to ensure quality care and patient satisfaction.

Our full-time members typically work a rotating schedule of 30-40 hours per week, including 12-hour weekday shifts and alternating weekends. PRN (per diem) team members work on an as-needed basis.

ABOUT PHYSICIANS CARE :

We have multiple locations and are part of Urgent Team, which is among the largest independent operators of urgent and family care centers in the Southeast. Our centers offer wide-ranging healthcare services, including treatment for injuries and illnesses. Our facilities are open seven days a week : Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. All centers are accredited and committed to quality and safety in patient care.
