We're seeking compassionate and dedicated Family Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to provide exceptional patient care.
JOB SUMMARY :
As a key member of our healthcare team, you will deliver outstanding medical care to patients of all ages facing a variety of medical conditions. You will work collaboratively with our professional team to diagnose, treat, educate, and ensure each patient receives the highest standard of care.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Deliver exemplary customer service to patients, visitors, and colleagues.
- Offer friendly and approachable patient care to everyone seeking health services.
- Lead and support during emergency situations, maintaining a reassuring demeanor for patients.
- Adapt to fast-paced and high-stress environments, including varying hours and frequent interactions.
- Conduct medical assessments, treatments, and ongoing management of patients with various conditions, including primary care, urgent care, occupational health, and DOT physicals.
- Perform medical procedures such as laceration repairs, pap tests, injections, and drainage of abscesses.
- Establish and supervise a suitable level of medical care for clinic patients.
- Oversee on-site lab and diagnostic services as required.
- Maintain clinical competencies and adherence to professional standards.
- Contribute to policy development impacting medical practice, quality of care, and patient satisfaction.
- Engage in educational and training programs for medical staff.
- Suggest improvements for growth in services within the center.
- Ensure compliance with relevant licensing and accrediting bodies.
- Represent the clinic in meetings and events as necessary.
- Guide medical staff to ensure quality care and patient satisfaction.
WHAT'S REQUIRED?
Minimum of 1 year experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant preferred.Active APRN or PA state license.Current FNP or PA-C Board Certification.Current DEA license, or eligibility to obtain upon hire.Current DOT certification or a willingness to obtain upon hire.Current BLS certification.WHAT'S THE SCHEDULE?
Our full-time members typically work a rotating schedule of 30-40 hours per week, including 12-hour weekday shifts and alternating weekends. PRN (per diem) team members work on an as-needed basis.

We have multiple locations and are part of Urgent Team, which is among the largest independent operators of urgent and family care centers in the Southeast. Our centers offer wide-ranging healthcare services, including treatment for injuries and illnesses. Our facilities are open seven days a week : Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. All centers are accredited and committed to quality and safety in patient care.
