Software Test Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented

• Manual Tester
• to join our team and ensure the quality and reliability on applications built on
• Java
• and
• .NET
• platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and experience in testing complex systems in a structured environment.
• Responsibilities
• Execute manual test cases for web and desktop applications developed in Java and .NET.
• Validate functionality, usability, and compliance with business requirements.
• Document and report defects clearly using standard tracking tools.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to resolve issues.
• Perform regression, functional, and integration testing.
• Participate in test planning, requirement reviews, and status meetings.
• Ensure adherence to government security and compliance standards.
• Requirements
• Experience :
• 2+ years in manual testing of enterprise applications.
• Technical Skills :
• Familiarity with Java and .NET application environments.
• Understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies.
• Tools :
• Experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Lansing, MI
• one day per week

This is a Contract position based out of Lansing, MI.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00 / hr.
