A company is looking for a Director of Sales Development.
Key Responsibilities
Manage relationships with external SDR vendors to ensure high-quality pipeline generation
Design and refine the SDR operating system, including lead routing and reporting
Train and enable internal sales teams on outbound prospecting best practices
Required Qualifications
Proven success as a high-performing SDR or BDR
Experience managing SDR teams or training programs
Familiarity with outbound engines in digital advertising or B2B domains
Deep knowledge of HubSpot CRM and sales engagement tools
Strong ability to create effective training content and coaching frameworks
