$50,000 - $60,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
Plan, oversee, deliver, and adapt ABA therapy for children ages 2-6 years old in a center-based settingProvide ongoing training and supervision to the clinical team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)Perform patient assessments and create individualized treatment plansForge strong partnerships with client families to develop goals, build relationships, communicate progress, and provide coaching and support throughout their journeyParticipate in monthly all-team meeting, reviewing the center and clinical needsEnsure clinical quality across all learners and staffQualifications :
Master’s DegreeEligible to be licensed as a Provisionally Licensed Behavior Analyst (PLBA) with the Missouri State Licensing BoardTaking the BCBA exam within 3 months of starting workExperience in a clinical / center-based setting is highly valuedAdditional experience in the ABA community is highly valuedAbout Company
