• Additional Details : Full spectrum of primary care concerns on a given day. Seeing a panel of families and individuals with a full spectrum of heart care. From birth, to acute concerns and chronic illness. Number of patients seen per day : 18-20 Each clinics includes a medical assistant, behavioral health clinicians, community health workers.
