THE POSITION
The Department of Military and Veterans Affairs, Delaware Valley Veterans' Home is searching for a Clerical Assistant 2 who will provide clerical support to the Administrative Officer 1 at our facility. Through working with our staff, you support our mission to provide superior care to residents which includes both veterans and their spouses.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK
The Clerical Assistant 2 in this position provides clerical support to the Administrative Officer 1 in a veterans' extended care facility and is responsible for preparing admissions schedules, announcements, making copies, distributing admissions information to all involved in the admission process. You may also be required to conduct tours to potential residents, families, and / or responsible parties as needed for the Admissions Coordinator.
