About the Role
As an Associate Quality Engineer, you’ll gain hands-on experience ensuring that products and processes meet quality, safety, and regulatory requirements. Working alongside experienced engineers and operations professionals, you’ll learn industry standards, auditing practices, and problem-solving methods that drive excellence in manufacturing. This is an ideal role for someone looking to grow their engineering career in a supportive and collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do
- Learn and assist with the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) to ensure production parts meet
specifications.
Work with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve quality issues.Support continuous improvement projects to enhance product quality and efficiency.Assist with internal audits and learn the requirements of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001standards.
Participate in root cause analysis and develop corrective and preventive actions with guidance fromsenior engineers.
Help manage customer complaints, corrective actions, and quality documentation.Track and report quality metrics, identifying trends and potential improvements.Support tool validation and Material Review Board (MRB) activities.Ensure products and procedures comply with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards.Perform other quality-related tasks as part of your learning and development journey.What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field).Recent graduate or early-career engineer looking to gain hands-on quality experience.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Eagerness to learn about quality systems, process improvement, and manufacturing operations.Effective communicator who enjoys teamwork and collaboration.Familiarity with basic quality concepts (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, FMEA, SPC) is a plus—but not required.What We Offer
