[job_card.job_description]Work with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve quality issues. Support continuous improvement projects to enhance product quality and efficiency. Assist with internal audits and learn the requirements of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001 Participate in root cause analysis and develop corrective and preventive actions with guidance from Help manage customer complaints, corrective actions, and quality documentation. Track and report quality metrics, identifying trends and potential improvements. Support tool validation and Material Review Board (MRB) activities. Ensure products and procedures comply with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Perform other quality-related tasks as part of your learning and development journey. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field). Recent graduate or early-career engineer looking to gain hands-on quality experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Eagerness to learn about quality systems, process improvement, and manufacturing operations. Effective communicator who enjoys teamwork and collaboration. Familiarity with basic quality concepts (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, FMEA, SPC) is a plus—but not required. Comprehensive training and mentorship from experienced quality and engineering professionals. Competitive Pay (based on education and potential).
