Marketing Specialist

A company is looking for a Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for planning and executing email and SMS marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Set up, schedule, and launch email and SMS campaigns across various marketing platforms

Create and manage automated journeys / flows, including welcome sequences and lead nurturing funnels

Build and manage audience segments, tags, and subscriber lists while ensuring compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

4-6+ years in marketing strategy, campaign management, or growth operations

Proven success running B2B or service-based campaigns that improved engagement and conversion

Strong experience with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, and HubSpot

Knowledge of HTML / CSS for email formatting is preferred

Experience with CRM and customer data management
