Your Day-to-Day
- Lead individualized ABA treatment plans that actually work
- Conduct assessments and track progress with real impact
- Mentor and supervise RBTs and techs (you’ll love guiding your team!)
- Partner with families to celebrate wins big and small
- Represent Treetop ABA in the El Paso community
