MindCure is hiring a Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to support quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across our services. This role helps ensure processes are followed, documentation is accurate, and standards are consistently met so our teams can deliver reliable, high-quality care and support. Key Responsibilities Complete routine quality reviews / audits (documentation, files, workflows, and compliance checkpoints) Track findings, trends, and corrective actions; follow up to ensure closure Support policy and procedure compliance and help identify process gaps Partner with supervisors and teams to improve consistency and reduce errors Maintain clear, organized records and reports for leadership review Minimum Qualifications 2+ years in quality assurance, compliance, auditing, or operations (healthcare / behavioral health strongly preferred) Strong attention to detail and ability to document objectively (facts over opinions) Comfortable working with sensitive / confidential information Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Preferred Qualifications Experience in behavioral health, community-based programs, or managed care environments Familiarity with chart audits, documentation standards, or regulatory compliance HRIS / EHR or case management system experience
