This role guides, mentors, and evaluates medical teams nationwide to promote excellence in outcomes, compliance with standards, and fulfillment of all contractual and client expectations.

• Guide Utilization Management and policy development to promote efficient, patient-centered decision-making across all facilities.
• Support provider growth and engagement through recruitment, coaching, and hands-on collaboration with NaphCare’s innovative TechCare™ EHR platform.
• Partner with executive and operations leaders to shape the future of NaphCare’s clinical programs and expand access to compassionate, community-based care.
