Vice President, National Programs Environmental Services
The Vice President, National Programs Environmental Services is responsible for leading both a direct strategy for national programs (i.e. HHW) with its own selling organization and a matrix strategy for specialists (lab services, tech services, fuels, landfill stabilization, etc.). For both configurations, the position is responsible to set sales strategy and execution to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and build long-term customer relationships within a defined U.S. region. Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, the Vice President plays a key role in shaping the regional go-to-market approach, overseeing a team of sales and specialist professionals, and representing the company's environmental service offerings to both existing and prospective customers. This role requires a commercially driven leader with deep industry knowledge (but not necessarily environmental), strong business acumen, and the ability to inspire high performance in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related technical field (required)
Master's degree (preferred)
10+ years of sales leadership experience in the environmental services, waste management, or industrial industries (required)
Demonstrated success leading multi-state or national accounts and achieving multi-million-dollar revenue targets (required)
Previous experience with a $100million or more P&L (required)
Previous experience working with manufacturing, energy, government or other heavily regulated industries (required)

Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders; excellent ability to build and maintain relationships
