We’re seeking a compassionate Therapist (LMSW / LCSW) to join our team in Hempstead, NY. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting patients through therapy, crisis intervention, and community based care.
What You’ll Do
- Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions
- Deliver psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and case management
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and create treatment plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with standards
- Collaborate with families, schools, and providers
- Supervise interns / trainees and join interdisciplinary case discussions
