[job_card.job_description]Flexible scheduling built around your availability Local clients (Oakdale, Robinson, North Fayette, Imperial) Supportive care managers + 24 / 7 on-call help Opportunities for full-time schedules $15.00–$16.00 / hr, plus $1 / hr for weekend visits Opportunity to earn up to $18.00 / hr after your first 8 weeks Weekly pay with direct deposit Health, Dental, and Vision insurance + 401(k) match (eligibility applies) Paid holidays (1.5x pay) and sick leave accrual $700 caregiver referral bonus Paid training and continuing education opportunities Mileage reimbursement for travel between same-day visits Weekend visits start between Saturday 12 : 01AM and Sunday 11 : 59PM To be considered for the wage increase, you must meet Honor's requirements as a driver (valid U.S. drivers' license and clean driving record), have more than 6 months of paid / professional caregiving experience, work 20 visits in your first 8 weeks of employment, and remain in good standing with Honor. The $18.00 is for select regions and applies to weekend shifts with high transfer clients Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming Meal prep, light housekeeping Mobility assistance Medication reminders Companionship and engagement Transportation to appointments (if comfortable) At least 1 year of caregiving experience (family experience OK) Dependable, communicative, professional Able to pass background check Comfortable working independently Reliable personal vehicle Preferably lives in or near Oakdale, Robinson, North Fayette, or Imperial Minimum of three professional references Willing to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) Basic English speaking, reading, and writing skills (bilingual candidates encouraged) Completion of any required compliance, license, or registration steps Mornings Days Evenings Weekends Short + longer shifts Immediate openings available
