Seeking a patent agent or Jr. attorney with an advanced degree (Ph.D. preferred) in biological sciences, biotechnology; for Boston. Candidates should have 2+ years of experience with patent prosecution, client counseling, IP due diligence, FTO and invalidity analyses, portfolio management, excellent communication skills.

Qualifications :

• Candidate must have a biology background.
• Advanced degree (PhD preferred)
• Law firm experience and registration with the UPSTO
• 2-5 years of experience as a patent agent or patent associate
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
