As an Industrial Maintenance Parts / PO Clerk, you will be part of the Maintenance Department, supporting the Facilities and Procurement teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : Industrial Maintenance Parts / PO Clerk Location : Sacramento Pay Rate : $28 an hour Shift : 6am- 2 : 30pm Monday - Friday

What's the Job?

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance parts inventory and conduct regular audits
• Generate and process purchase orders based on requisitions and inventory levels
• Track deliveries and communicate with vendors to ensure timely procurement
• Maintain organized documentation of purchase orders, receipts, and invoices
• Generate reports on inventory and purchasing trends to support decision-making
