The Service Coordinator communicates with customers and the shop. Prevost is looking for someone in the auto / truck repair industry that can efficiently schedule shop repairs and speak to customers about issues and costs. If you prioritize customer satisfaction, timeliness, and strong communication skills, you will be an ideal candidate.

Core Responsibilities :

• Welcome customers or respond to customer phone requests
• Finalize work order processing and invoicing
• Distribute and keep technical information up-to-date
• Train co-workers on various aspects of their work responsibilities or expertise, as requested
• Handle a high volume of calls
• Process work orders
• Close repair orders
• Coordinate for repair estimates with Technicians and Managers

For this position, the base pay is set at $60,400 - $74,600 annually, and where applicable, bonus eligible.
