Summary

We are looking for an attentive, friendly, and enthusiastic Server to join our restaurant team. Servers are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience by delivering prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service to all guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and establish a friendly rapport.

• Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations to enhance the dining experience.

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.

• Deliver food and beverages promptly and ensure proper presentation.

• Check in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction.

• Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive, personalized service.

• Work collaboratively with bartenders, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining area, and service stations.

• Process guest payments accurately and handle cash/credit transactions.

• Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.

• Must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol (where applicable).

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (trays, chairs, or supplies).

• Manual dexterity to handle trays, glassware, and utensils.
