Foth is currently seeking a team-focused, creative, and results-oriented Environmental Scientist / Hydrogeologist who has a desire to contribute to our clients’ success and is looking for new learning experiences and opportunities for career growth.  This position will be working out of our Duluth, MN or Lake Elmo, MN location, and is a mixture of field and office support.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct field investigations
• Assist in the development of environmental review documentation
• Assist in preparing regulatory compliance plans and reports
• Prepare permit submittals to regulatory agencies
• Research, compile, analyze, and interpret environmental data using Equis and other similar tools
• Prepare sampling plans and collect field sampling data (soil, sediment, groundwater, and surface water quantity and quality)
• Manage drilling contractors, well construction and hydrogeologic investigations
• Assist with conducting surface water and groundwater field data acquisition and statistical analysis
• Identify and proactively communicate opportunities to address client issues, solve problems, and improve operations

The base compensation listed for this job posting reflects a general range for the posted position.  Base compensation will vary based on factors such as : years of experience, location, level of responsibility and licenses / certifications. In addition to base compensation, Foth members may be eligible to receive bonuses through our Earned Performance Incentive program.
