Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team at EV Mode, LLC. The Sales Administrator will play a critical role in supporting our sales team by managing administrative tasks, streamlining sales operations, and ensuring effective follow-up with clients. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at multitasking, and is passionate about supporting a growing B2B EV charging company.

Key Responsibilities

• Administrative Support : Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including preparing proposals, contracts, and presentations for B2B clients.
• Sales Operations : Manage and maintain accurate records in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce or similar), ensuring data integrity and timely updates on leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
• Client Follow-Up : Coordinate follow-up communications with prospects and clients, scheduling meetings, sending reminders, and ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
• Order Processing : Assist with processing sales orders, coordinating with internal teams (e.g., finance, logistics) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery of EV charging solutions.
• Reporting & Analytics : Generate sales reports, track key performance metrics, and provide insights to the sales team to support strategic decision-making.
• Customer Relationship Management : Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing basic inquiries and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members.
• Event & Meeting Coordination : Organize sales-related events, trade shows, or client meetings, including logistics, materials preparation, and follow-up activities.
• Process Improvement : Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes and improve efficiency, collaborating with the sales team to implement best practices.
