Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A contract opportunity is available for licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to provide maternity leave coverage at elementary schools in the Saint Paul, MN area. This role involves supporting students with speech and language needs on a full-time schedule.

Location : Saint Paul, MN (Elementary School settings)

Schedule : Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Job Type : Contract, covering maternity leaves with specific caseload dates between January and March 2026

Service Delivery : In-person and virtual coverage options available; virtual clinicians must be currently licensed and working in Minnesota with adherence to state hour regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide speech and language therapy services to elementary school students in alignment with individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans to address speech, language, and communication disorders
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and educational staff to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports compliant with school and state regulations
• Flexibly cover multiple caseloads if assigned, including virtual service delivery as needed
