Purpose of Role

Part-Time In-person Laboratory Instructor, spring semester. The instructor will teach a 3-contact hour, 1 credit hour laboratory. Instructor may teach additional sections if available.

About This Opportunity

Joining Natural Sciences team, the Adjunct Molecular Biology Laboratory Instructor will be responsible for the following :

• BIO 440L (Molecular Biology laboratory); 1 Credit Hour(s)

BIO 440L : Topics focus on techniques of molecular biology including PCR, Western blot / ELISA, immunohistochemical staining and bioinformatic approaches. The instructor is welcome to collaborate on syllabus to incorporate their own area of expertise if desired.

Required Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications : Master's degree in biology or biochemistry or related fields; previous experience teaching college-level science preferred.
