JOB SUMMARY
The Office Clerk will be responsible for supporting company store operations, including handling point-of-sale transactions, managing inventory, stocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. This role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate the POS system to ring up employee purchases
- Take inventory and stock games and apparel
- Replenish orders from the online store
- Pull games from the storage room
- Create USPS and UPS shipping labels
- Hang clothes and maintain store cleanliness
- Greet all customers and provide friendly, approachable service
- Perform tasks involving extensive standing, walking, lifting, pulling, and bending
- Lift items weighing 50+ lbs with assistance
