Job Title : Lead Dentist - Solo Practice

Location : Oak Hill Family Dental 6012 W. William Cannon Dr., Building A, Ste 103 Austin, TX 78749

Schedule : Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 7 : 30 AM - 6 : 00 PM; Wednesday 7 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM (closed 12 : 00 PM - 1 : 00 PM for lunch)

Position overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Dentist to join our team. This is a solo practice with no associate dentist, offering a flexible transition plan due to the full retirement of our founding dentist, Dr. Russell Nelson.

Oak Hill Family Dental Center and Dr Russell Nelson has been servicing the South Austin community since 1983. Our patients know they can receive the quality care and attention they deserve. Our practice skillfully provides all general dentistry services, including fillings, crowns, root canals, veneers, implant restorations, whitening, wisdom tooth extraction, dentures, and more.   • Provide a wide range of dental services, including general, cosmetic, restorative, emergency, orthodontic, pediatric, and periodontic dentistry.

Office Details :

  • High performing office
  • Total number of operatories : 6
  • Dedicated treatment chairs : 2-3, depending on preference
  • Dental Hygienist 1 with room to add 1 additional
  • Dental Assistants : 2

  • Digital x-ray, Digital Scanner

  • Payer mix : FFS 60% -PPO40%

  • DDS / DMD degree from US accredited dental school or residency program
  • Active Texas dental license prior to start date
  • Active Federal DEA and applicable certifications
  • 5 plus years professional clinical experience required
