Security Analyst II

A client of Sharp Decisions if looking for a Security Analyst II. This role is  HYBRID - a multi-year contract with no end date , W2 only.

Daily Task Performed :

• Maintain accurate documentation of firewall configurations, network diagrams, and operational procedures.
• Assist with compliance activities related to frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, CIS, or PCI-DSS.
• Contribute to security hardening standards and best practice enforcement.

Position Success Criteria (Desired) - 'WANTS'

Required Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in network security operations or firewall engineering.
• Hands on experience with :

o Palo Alto Networks NGFW (PA series), Panorama, and GlobalProtect.

o Cisco ASA, Cisco Firepower, FMC, and site to site / remote access VPNs.
