As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol retail locations to help maintain a secure environment for customers and staff. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.

Observe and report any suspicious activity or potential hazards within the location.

Communicate clearly and professionally with visitors, employees, and / or law enforcement as needed.

Assist with access control and monitor entrances and exits to help to deter unauthorized entry.

Complete required reports and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

Minimum Requirements :

At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

Experience with loss prevention is preferred.

Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

CPR certification is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
