We are working with a dynamic boutique law firm seeking a Tax Associate for their Stamford, CT office.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in the taxation of domestic and offshore private investment funds, including fund formation, LLC and LP agreements. Strong background in partnership and investment management tax matters preferred. Ideal candidates will have strong academic credentials, excellent writing and analytical skills, and large-firm or equivalent experience. CT Bar admission required. NY Bar admission is a plus.
