Reports to: Food & Beverage Supervisor

Primary Purpose: Assists Wait Staff in providing service to customers. Stocks, removes, and resets dishes, glassware, flatware, table linens and other related restaurant supplies.

Responsibilities:

• Removes soiled or unused dishes, glassware, flatware, table linens or other related restaurant supplies from customers' tables.
• Resets tables as necessary.
• Stocks dining areas and assists with table settings.
• Serves beverages, refills water, coffee and tea as needed.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of dining room areas
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education/Certification: High school diploma preferred.

Work Experience:

• Prior work experience in similar position preferred, but no previous experience required.
• Ability to read, speak, and understand English preferred.
• Ability to perform duties safely, swiftly and accurately while providing courteous and friendly customer service.
