Description

Seeking experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join North Memorial Health at Robbinsdale for locum coverage. Providers will work across multiple sites including a Level 1 Trauma Center, a busy community hospital, and a multispecialty ASC .

Key Features :

Full-time locum, ASAP start

Flexible 10–12 hour shifts , 4+ days / week

No call required

Exposure to Spine, Urology, General, Orthopedics, Robotics, Endoscopy, Plastics, EP / Cath Lab, Navigational Bronchoscopy, Craniotomies, Simple Vascular cases

Comfortable seeing all ages (permanent staff cover pediatrics)

Scrubs provided on site

Travel covered : flight, hotel, rental car

Job Responsibilities

Administer anesthesia for all age groups (adults, adolescents, pediatric as needed)

Deliver anesthesia independently or under medical direction model

Manage ventilation and monitor vital signs throughout perioperative period

Maintain accurate EMR documentation (Epic)

Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedural protocols, and safety standards

Requirements

NBCRNA – Required

MN License – Highly Preferred

Must reside at least 60 miles outside Minneapolis / St. Paul Metro area – Required

BLS, ACLS, PALS – Required

Minimum 3 years recent hospital-based CRNA experience – Required

Full-time availability : 30–40 hours / week – Required

No overtime permitted – Required

Working Hours

10–12 hour shifts, flexible scheduling across multiple hospital sites

Minimum 4 days per week, Monday–Friday

No overnight call required

Skills

Expertise in general, orthopedic, spine, urology, robotic, and minimally invasive procedures

Independent perioperative decision-making
