Tubing Attendant

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE/ SKILLS AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent English communication skills
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Customer service and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and prioritize tasks
• Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions and perform snow removal as needed

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ability to stand for long periods and meet physical demands of repetitive work
• Ability to work under varying weather conditions
• Ability to provide accurate information and maintain a positive attitude during stressful situations
• Ability to speak clearly and communicate thoroughly with customers and co-workers
• Test lanes for quality control
• Maintain tubing lanes and guest areas
• Follows established protocols
• Operate in a safe and efficient manner
• Promote positive guest relations

MARGINAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide excellent customer service
• The set up and control of a lift line maze access, including ticket verification.
• Snow removal
• The preparation and upkeep of the load and unload zones.
• Trash removal, set up and tear down of tubing park fences and signs
• Other duties as assigned
