A company is looking for a People Relations Partner.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of employee relations, providing support and remediation strategies for team members and leaders
Conduct research on human resource policies and employment issues, making recommendations based on analysis
Serve as a liaison with Legal for investigations and support sensitive employment-related inquiries
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Employee Relations, Human Resources, or related field
Five years of human resource administration experience, including three years in employee relations
SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred
Deep knowledge of business policy and employment laws
Experience with dispute resolution and investigation techniques
